Allie got her first tooth this weekend. We are very excited for her and she is handling it well. She has not been too fussy but Mom and Dad did go buy her some medication to help soothe the pain. She is 5 months and one week so it seems like she is getting her teeth early. She has a little sharp tooth sticking out of her gums (poor baby.) She wants to chew on anything she can get her hands on. 
Marcus's mom and dad bought me a camcorder for my birthday so there will be videos coming soon. I was not able to get a picture of her first tooth because she would never sit that still for me to get a picture. I am including pictures of her and best friend (boyfriend...don't tell daddy)

Allie and Maddix play together 2-3 times a week and are totally fascinated with each other.

It seems like Allie knows everytime we pick up the camera because she immediately stops laughing and smiling when it's on (see above pic) and gives us the patented Marcus eyebrow look. Oh well, we keep snapping pics and sooner or later we'll get a few!
She is a cutie for sure! I am so glad to hear that she doing well with teething! How is work going? We miss you guys and want to meet that sweet little girl of yours! We need to plan on getting together sometime soon!

ReplyDeleteAhh ... her first boyfriend! I'm sure once Justin sees that picture, he'll be joining Marcus in D.A.D.D. Tell Marcus not to worry though, she's got plenty of "uncles" that will be there to set any little boy straight if he needs some back-up in that department!
